Pixel's Rules & Agreements For All Employees
Room Moderators reserve the right to boot those who refuse to follow these rules.
1.) Respecting all clients as well as other Dancers is a must. We are all here to have fun and disrespecting somebody is not fun.. If there were to be a situation that you are uncomfortable with, please do not hesitate to contact Vampiez as soon as you have the chance. We will not tolerate arguments of any sorts or disrespect taking place behind the scenes of Pixels' Entertainment.
2.) If you're going to take the needed time and effort to join the in-client chat room, we expect you to come prepared to do your absolute best. If it's a bad day, your focus is split between Pixels' and another room or task, or you're not looking to work, do not enter the chat room until you're full attention is directed towards doing the job that you signed up for.
3.) No kink shaming whatsoever! No matter what your fetish desires may include, Pixels' is a judge free zone!
4.) No child avatars or anything pertaining to a person under the age of 18; we may offer the ability to do ageplay, nothing under the minimum age of consent within the United States (18) is permitted.
5.) Upon the entrance of the room, to your left and right, are chairs dedicated to those who are afk/brb. They are not there to look pretty. If you need to go afk/brb. please take the small amount of time it takes to click onto one of those spaces before leaving your computer. These seats are for others to assume that you are not present in the club. The only acceptable time for this break is FIFTEEN minutes, no questions asked. If you're going to be gone for longer than said time, please leave the chat room to make room for someone else. Once you've returned, feel free to re-enter the room.
6.) Unless you're giving a private service, whispering or PCing a Client is NOT allowed. No matter if it's towards a client or another Dancer, it's strictly forbidden. The only acceptable time for this is if you have a concern and feel the need to tell a Staff member what's going on!
7.) If a client pays for a service to more than one dancer, unless you've achieved the rank 'Corruption', you are expected to use the Pixels' Training + Private Services Room. If you've achieved the rank Corruption or a higher, you have our permission to use your own Private Chat. That way, you're the one with the power to boot if something were to go wrong.
8.) Dancers and Staff are now expected to clock in for at least six to ten hours a week. That is just a minimum as we would love to see you in the room much more than that, but this is only all that is required. Of course, there will be some exceptions for absences listed in the Discord Server, emergencies, full-time college students, and those with a full-time job. Do keep in mind that if we see you online a lot as well as in other rooms, basically showing us that you aren't absent and you just aren't doing your job, you will be removed from Pixels.
9.) DO NOT WHATSOEVER steal a client from another dancer! Example: If the client is sitting in front of another dancer, leave them be unless they talk directly to you. If you are caught trying to lure a client to you and away from another Dancer, it will result in a warning. If you do it more than once, you will be removed from your position at Pixels.
10.) For the time that you're a dancer for Pixels' Entertainment, please keep in mind that freelancing, being a dancer for another club, or owning a club of your own is strictly prohibited. We will not hesitate to remove you from your position at Pixels' if we receive proof of you participating in any of the stated activities. We are a business, not a free for all brothel. We hope you can both understand and respect our rules. If you would like to discuss why this is a rule, please contact Vampiez.
11.) Dating other active dancers or staff members may not be against the rules, but be warned that refusal of service, acts of jealousy, etc. are forbidden. If any forbidden acts are to take place, both individuals will be removed from their position at Pixels'. Please keep in mind that we do not accept giving free sexual service 'on the clock' or not to anyone. This means even co-workers must pay the given prices, in the club or not unless a relationship is taken place. If a relationship is formed with another dancer, it is absolutely crucial that Vampiez are notified immediately. If failure to do so, both individuals responsible for said failure will be removed from their position at Pixels'. Please do keep in mind, Pixels' Entertainment is a strip and escort club, not a dating room.
12.) Any Dancer or Staff will be removed from the room on the spot at any time without warning for inappropriate topics in conversation. There are certain topics that we do not and will not tolerate being discussed on stage. For Example, Rape, Pedophilia, Politics, Religion (unless both parties are in PC), Abuse, Money (Unless it's a Fin Dom situation for IMVU only), Murder, Suicide, Self Harm, or anything classified as a touchy subject. Please try to use your common sense for both yourself and other participants in the club while conversing on stage.
13.) All dancers are required to have their Pixels Status/Rank on their IMVU profile at all times (example: Trial Virus @ Pixels or Trial Staff @ Pixels).
14.) All dancers are required to appear Online with their room location on while working in the chat room.
15.) All dancers must be apart of the Pixels' Discord upon being accepted, no exceptions. You don't have to come and vocally chat with us, but please at least join for easier communication. To join the server, contact Vampiez (Hidden Word/Quote For Application: If I Fits I Sits)
16.) Due to wanting to keep space for clients to come in while also giving them the option of a few Dancers to choose from, no more than four Dancers will be permitted to be in the room at all times with the exception of a Room Moderator who can watch and work with the Dancers at the same time. Anything over the allotted four Dancers and one Room Moderator will be asked to leave the club in order to keep the remaining five slots open for potential clients.
17.) Any Dancer that comes into the club to work is asked to stand on one of the spots on stage. We know there are seats, stand spots, and poles available at each area, but we want to prevent an overcrowding on the couches so that clients have the ability to go to the girl/guy of their choice rather than having to compete with other Dancers and Staff who may be sitting in front of the Dancer they wish to go to. If a Dancers friends/family/etc. are in the club, they are not allowed to take clients should the three seats in front of them be filled; this will prevent the Dancer from having an unfair advantage among the others working within the club.
18.) You may not work when you're using IMVU Mobile. IMVU Next and IMVU Client are the only acceptable platforms to do your job.
19.) To be a Corruption Dancer (Tier Three Dancer), you must have your own AP Room for Escorts or Private Services.
20.) No matter of another dancer or staff's rank or amount time spent with Pixels, if they pass you a suggestion or tell you to do something because you're not following the rules, it is your responsibility to listen to them. It is your job to know the rules as well as correct others who are not following the rules.
21.) No excessively changing your outfits. This rule is here to make sure you do not change to a point that you're lagging others out. Of course removing pieces of clothing is alright, but none stop changing from outfit to outfit is out of line.
22.) Even when clocked out, if you're sitting in the room we expect you to dress towards the theme of the week. This helps others weed out who works here and who does not. If you do not own your outfit for the week, please get in contact with Head of Staff or either one of the Owners of Pixels'.
23.) The following listed rules all have to do with our Absence System.
24.) Last, but definitely not least, NO DRAMA WHATSOEVER!

23.) The following listed rules all have to do with our Absence System.
- Can't be gone for longer than 8 weeks straight or you will be asked to leave and join back at a later date.
- Can't be gone for 2+ weeks and then go right back on absence the same week or the week after of your return unless it's a life emergency.
- Can't join pixels as a trial member and go absence that same week of acceptance unless said otherwise.
- If you are given a warning for not being active, you cannot remove this warning but submitting yourself to the absence list after you were caught/gotten in trouble for it.
- If you are absent, you are ABSENT. This means if we see you online IMVU within your time of absence, your absence will be TERMINATED. If you have time to be online IMVU, you have time to be online IMVU while clocked in.
- If your absence has changed as in a further return date or reasoning of why your absence, you are required to update us via the absence list so we're aware of the change. If you of course would like to keep the reasoning personal, you can gladly say so.
- If you submit an absence, you must give an estimated return date. If no return date is given, it will be assumed as a one week absence.
- If you're ETA return date has passed, we will terminate your absence without warning. It is your job to keep us up to date if you are still absence or if you're ETA changed.
- Nobody can submit an absence for you unless you are physically or mentally unable to do so. Now keep in mind, if someone puts you in absence list without your knowledge it is that person's responsibility to update us on your ETA if you are unaware of the fact that they submitted your absence for you. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to update us when you are able to do so.
- If you are going to post an absence about not making your hours for the current week, you cannot make it on Friday or Saturday to avoid getting in trouble.
- If you are going to submit an absence it has to be a minimum of one weeks time. For example don't post an absence if you're only looking to be gone for less than seven days.
24.) Last, but definitely not least, NO DRAMA WHATSOEVER!
